Megan Gibbings, DVM is a San Diego native with 20 years of experience in the veterinary field. She obtained a B.S. degree from UC San Diego in 2007 and completed her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2012 at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA. Dr. Gibbings practiced in San Diego for 5 years prior to opening West Coast Animal Hospital in 2017. Her professional interests include feline medicine, soft tissue surgery, and dermatology. In addition to practicing veterinary medicine, she is currently pursuing diplomacy with the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (ABVP), serves as a Regional Thought Leader with Idexx Laboratories, and is a member of The Thursday Club, a non-profit philanthropic organization in San Diego.
Dr. Gibbings is our Immediate Past President for year 2022.
